The moon on rise which is full moon denotes rise of waves and thus rise / release of the unserving in us too.
The eclipse basically is what... the shadowing of the sun - moon - earth... which means that on full moon eclipses, your releases could rise within, but be shadowed and suppressed, rather than rising and releasing to the light. Thus you may feel far more emotional or angry, or wish to burst out your feelings, on and around full moon eclipses. Your fears, insecurities or jealousy or any other lower energies too, are on a full swing within you during this time.
In similar way, looking at a solar eclipse can affect and imbalance the masculine energy within us. It can also shadow our inner light from shining, or shadow our providers energy (prosperity, inner power energies, etc.) connected to abundance.
It is best to remain in prayers, affirmations and positive thoughts, especially during these heavy times. There are more effects too, at many layers of consciousness, to prevent which; eclipses should be avoided to look at directly.
Please note there is no such thing to remain totally indoors during eclipses. These are all man made fears. You need to just avoid, looking at an eclipse directly for the above spiritual effects it has on our soul. If we had to remain indoors, then 4 to 6 times a year we would need to have a world wide shut down.
