For your Soul growth know that releasing and shedding is far more important than accumulating any knowledge. All knowledge is of no use if you do not implement it, to shed all that is unserving.
Holding on to all these dense energies will only make it more heavier for the Soul. Daily give your burdens and cares to your Divine Angels. Let God take care of all your unserving toxic energies that you have been holding onto.
Just breathe into every cell of your body, into every constriction in your body and feel the release of all that you have been hoarding onto, move to the Light. Just forgive every aspect of the unserving and let it all go.
And as you breathe in and out keep saying; "I Release; I Let Go; I Surrender; I Relax." Phewwwwwww give out a sound of a huge sigh of relief and free yourself, as God unburdens you from your self created predicaments. ♡ © Roshani/May2015
